Take 91 to Exit 3 – Agawam/West Springfield – Route 5 N/57 W. Go over bridge staying in the right lane. Take the exit immediately at the end of the bridge toward Route 57 W Agawam. Go 1/2 way around rotary and follow Route 57 W to the end of the divided highway/Route 187. Take right off exit and proceed to 2nd set of lights. Take a right at lights on to Springfield Street. Take a right at the next lights which is the entrance to the school. Follow the drive way around to the back of the school. The entrance to the pool is in the back.
Take 187 S to Feeding Hills Center which is the intersection of Springfield Street/Southwick Street. Take a left onto Springfield Street. Take a right at the next lights which is the entrance to the school. Follow the drive way around to the back of the school. The entrance to the pool is in the back.
Amherst Tritons – UMass Totman Pool 30 Eastman Lane, Amherst
Take I-91 N toward Holyoke/Greenfield. Merge onto RT-9 via EXIT 19 toward Amherst/Hadley. Turn left onto RT-116 N. Take the ramp toward University of Massachusetts Amherst. Keep right at fork to go on N Hadley Rd. N Hadley Rd. becomes Massachusetts Ave. Turn left onto N Pleasant St. Take the 3rd right onto Eastman Lane. 30 EASTMAN LANE is on the left.
Belchertown Stingrays 59 State St., Belchertown Chestnut Hill Community School
Take I-91 N toward Holyoke/Greenfield. Merge onto I-291 E via EXIT 8 toward I-90/MA Pike East. Merge onto I-90 E/Massachusetts Turnpike/Mass Pike via EXIT 7 toward Boston/Mass Pike East/Worcester. Take the RT-21 exit, EXIT 7, toward Ludlow/Belchertown. Turn Right onto Center St/RT-21. Continue to follow RT-21. Turn right onto State St/US-202. 59 STATE ST. is on the right.
Chicopee Amberjacks – Chicopee High School, 820 Front Street, Chicopee
Take Route 57E to 91N to 391N, follow signs for Holyoke Center. Take exit 2 to merge onto MA-116N/Center St. toward Chicopee Center (0.7 miles). Turn right onto Front Street, high school will be on right about 1.1 miles.
East Longmeadow High School – 180 Maple St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028
Take Rte. 57 East to Rt. 91 South, take exit 1 (Longmeadow, Rt. 5) follow Rt 5 to 2nd set of traffic lights and turn left onto Converse St. Follow Converse St. to the end and take a right onto Dwight Rd. At the next set of lights take a left onto Maple St. The High school is about 1/2 mile down on your right. The pool area is through the door at left side of the front of the building. 4 Lane pool

Take the I-91 S/US-5 exit toward Longmeadow/Hartford, CT. Keep right to take the RT-83 S ramp. Stay straight to go onto RT-83 E. Turn right onto Sumner Ave/RT-83/RT-21. Continue to follow RT-21 N. Turn slight right onto Allen Street. Turn left onto Porter Road. Porter Road becomes East Longmeadow Road. Turn slight left onto Sony Hill Road. Turn right onto Tinkham Road. Turn left onto Main St. 621 MAIN St is on the left.

Mass Pike to exit 8 (Palmer) Turn right at end of ramp onto Rt. 32 South. Turn left at next light and continue on 32 S. (also Rt. 20 East). Turn right at blinking light (second set of lights) and continue on Rt. 32 S. Over bridge Rt. 32 S turns left. Continue on Rt. 32 S. until you pass the Wing Medical Center on your left. You are going to turn right onto Thompson Street. At the end of Thompson St. you are going to turn right. Quarry Hill will be on your right about 1/8th mile. Go up the driveway and turn right, head to back of building. The pool is located towards the back of building on the side. Door is marked.

Take route 91 North/South to Exit 18 ~ Route 5 North. Take left onto Route 5 to Main Street ~ Route 9 West. At Main Street traffic light, take left onto Main ~ Route 9 West. This will take you through Downtown Northampton. Continue on 9, which turns into Elm Street. About ¼ mile take a Left onto College Lane (entrance onto Smith College). Continue past the pond, bear right at the fork in the road. Pool is at the bottom of the hill on the left. Seating in pool for 500 spectators
South Hadley Swords – Michael E. Smith Middle School, 100 Mosier Street, South Hadley, MA
Take 57 East to I-91 North to I-391 North. Take exit 3 to MA-116 South/Chicopee Street. Continue onto Granby Road. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto MA-33 North/Memorial Drive. Turn right onto MA-116 North/Newton Street. Follow Newton Street for about 2 minutes/0.7 miles. Turn right onto Mosier Street. Michael E. Smith Middle School will be on the left – the driveway is at the far end of the school.

Take I-91 N toward Holyoke/Greenfield. Take EXIT 8 to I-291 towards Mass Pike. Take exit 5B – MA 20A W/E Springfield. Merge onto Page Blvd, turn left onto Roosevelt Avenue (first lights). Follow Roosevelt Avenue to the intersection of Bay Street, go through the lights crossing Bay Street and the school is immediately on your left.

Take I-91 N toward Holyoke/Greenfield. Take EXIT 6 towards Springfield Center. Stay straight to go onto E Columbus Ave. Turn right onto State Street. 1250 STATE ST is on the left.

Follow Route 187/North Westfield Street to Route 20 W. Take a left onto Route 20 and follow for 1 mile to Noble Street. Turn left onto Noble Street. Take 3rd right onto East Silver Street and follow for about .6 miles. East Silver Street will become West Silver Street. The Boys & Girls Club will be on the left.
West Springfield Torpedoes – West Springfield High School, 425 Piper Road, West Springfield
East on Springfield Street; turn left onto MA-147 E/Suffield St going in to West Springfield; turn left onto River Street; Turn left onto South Blvd.; Continue onto North Blvd.; Continue onto Piper Road. School will be on the left about 0.8 miles.
