Meet Schedule and Important Dates
To participate in the 2026 – 2027 Winter Season swimmers must commit to attending 3 regular season meets and Championships*. (Times and dates subject to change as conflicts can arise throughout the season.)
Parent meeting – Wednesday October 21st. All new swimmers must have an adult representative attend. Meeting will take place in Agawam Junior High Cafeteria. 6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Mock Meet – Wednesday October 28th, Arrive 5:15, Warmups 5:30, Meet start at 6:00 – Swimmers will swim 50’s of each stroke (8 and under’s will swim 25’s) – If time permits we may do some relays at the end. No entry submissions necessary but must sign up in Spond to attend.
Meet 1 – Saturday, November 7, 2026 @ Belchertown – Arrive 8:00, Warm-ups 8:30, Meet will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Meet 2 – Saturday, November 14, 2026 Home versus Monson – Arrive 7:45, Warm-ups begin 8:15, Meet will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Meet 3 – Friday, November 20, 2026 @ Longmeadow – Time TBD
Meet 4 – Saturday, December 5, 2026 Home versus West Springfield – Arrive 7:45, Warm-ups begin 8:15, Meet will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Meet 5 – Saturday, December 12, 2026 @ East Longmeadow – Time TBD
Meet 6 – Saturday, December 19, 2026 Home versus Ludlow – Arrive 7:45, Warm-ups begin 8:15, Meet will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Meet 7 – Saturday, January 9, 2027 Home versus Springfield – Arrive 7:45, Warm-ups begin 8:15, Meet will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Make-Up Week – January 15, 16
Championships – Saturday and Sunday – January 23 & 24

* exceptions include previously scheduled and communicated vacations, other swimming championship meets or sports championship games, first season swimmers, with head coach approval (communicated early in the season).
